90 Points, William Kelley, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "Pretty aromas of honeyed peaches, spices and apples introduce the 2017 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Embazées, a medium to full-bodied, satiny and elegant wine, a supple, open-knit profile and a lovely core of plump but mouthwatering fruit. It had already been bottled when I tasted it in December." 01/19

92 Points, Neal Martin, Vinous: "The 2017 Chassagne-Montrachet Embazées 1er Cru was bottled in August 2018. It has an appealing bouquet that needs a little coaxing from the glass, but eventually it offers hazelnut and hints of almond, and a touch of lemon peel emerges with time. The palate is well balanced, with a fine bead of acidity, a little fatness in the mouth and a saline finish that might deceive you into thinking more Puligny. Very fine." 01/19
