Wine Advocate

90-92 Points, William Kelley, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A fine success, the 2020 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Cras (Méo-Camuzet Frère & Soeurs) exhibits aromas of raspberries and cherries mingled with rose petals and loamy soil. Medium to full-bodied, lively and concentrated, it's taut and mouthwatering, with fine depth at the core and powdery structuring tannins." 01/22

89-91 Points, Allen Meadows, Burghound: "An airy, fresh and cool nose reflects notes of dark cherry, raspberry, anise and subtle oak influence. The velvety but punchy middle weight flavors also exude evident minerality on the clean, dusty and youthfully austere finale that also is a bit chewy and not especially refined. This is also going to need at least a few years of cellaring to resolve some of the structure." 01/22

John Gilman

92 Points, John Gilman, View From the Cellar: "All of the Chambolle premier cru bottlings in the domaine’s cellars this year are quite black fruity in personality, in the style of the vintage. The 2020 les Cras offers up a fine aromatic constellation of dark berries, black plums, pigeon, chalky soil tones, a touch of balsam bough, woodsmoke and vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is pure, full-bodied and shows off fine midpalate depth, with lovely soil undertow, bright acids, good grip and a long, ripely tannic finish. 2033-2075." 11/21
