Wine Advocate

91-93 Points, William Kelley, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "The 2020 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru wafts from the glass with aromas of cherries, raspberries, smoke and spices. Medium to full-bodied, lively and seamless, with powdery tannins, bright acids and a long, saline finish, it's always a fine cuvée chez Drouhin." 01/22

James Suckling

94 Points, James Suckling, "The fragrant sour-cherry and floral nose pulls you into this refined and elegant Chambolle-Musigny that has a serious tannin structure, but an excellent, velvety texture, flowing gracefully over the palate. Very long finish with so much energy. A blend of 6 premier cru sites, mostly from estate vineyards. Drink or hold." 08/22

91-93 Points, Allen Meadows, Burghound: "Here too there is just enough wood present to remark upon framing the overtly floral-suffused aromas of spicy and ripe dark berries. There is both excellent drive and delineation to the rich, sappy and seductively textured medium-bodied flavors that conclude in a dusty, balanced and moderately austere finish. Like several wines in the range, this too will need to develop more depth to achieve the upper end of my projected range." 04/22
