The bouquet is pure and utterly refined, offering up scents of apple, pear, candied lemon, paraffin, chalky soil tones and a lovely topnote of spring flowers. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, focused and rock solid at the core, with fine focus and grip, bright, zesty acids and outstanding length on the finish.
