The best way to describe this wine is racy—vibrant stone fruit, in a sun-kissed California sort of way, but with a nod to white Burgundy. No additives, minimal intervention winemaking, neither fined nor filtered. What it’s not: an oak bomb, a stick of butter, or a fruit bomb. What it is: the perfect croissant as the sun sets over the Pacific.
