The mash bill on the Calumet 8 Year is a blend of 74% Corn, 18% Rye and 8% Malted Barley. The color on the 8-year is a beautiful deep amber with golden highlights, but it is the aromas and taste that truly draw you in. There is a full, rich aroma of aged oak with deep undertones of vanilla, that follow through on the palate. Hints of vanilla mixed with fruit, roll into soft notes of white pepper and woody taste.
