Frescobaldi was among a handful of producers to make a Riserva in 2014, and this follow-up vintage shows the superiority of the growing season for sure. This 2015 edition has a better sense of balance and fruit, and there's more meat on these bones. There's also more fruit fiber for longer aging." 11/20

Tannins slowly saturate, clenching the palate with youthful tension, as this tapers off with wild herbal and woodland tones. The 2015 Riserva is built for the cellar.” 11/20
