Distributor Note: "Vineyards: Single biodynamic vineyard in El Real San Vicente - western exposure. Altitude: 740 meters. Age of Vines: 60 years old. Harvest: Hand picked in small cases. Vinification: Whole clusters with stems placed in open barrels, cold pre-fermentation maceration (7 days), gentle extraction (pigeage à pied), maceration for 30 days. Natural malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aging: 13 months in French oak barrels of 500 liters on the lees. Notes: Only 2 barrels made."
