Wine Advocate

92 Points, Monica Larner, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: "A release of 3,300 bottles, the 2017 Barolo Arborina sources its fruit from La Morra to produce a wine that is slightly more floral than the others. It shows a lighter ensemble of berry aromas, with white cherry, cranberry and a subtle touch of orange blossom. In the end, this Barolo sports a tight, mid-weight texture. It is polished and long." 07/21

James Suckling

95 Points, James Suckling, "Sweet strawberries and cherries with some floral character. It’s full and tight with freshness and brightness and a round, reserved-tannin feel. Luscious and juicy style here. Drink in 2024 and onwards." 07/21

93 Points, Audrey Frick, "Situated in La Morra, the 2017 Barolo Arborina was aged for 24 months in French oak and 6 months in concrete. The Arborina has lifted notes of anise, grenadine, and fresh roses. There is a generous core of fruit on the palate with cranberry cocktail, cinnamon, and dusty tannins. I love this for its energy and mineral edge comparatively within the 2017 lineup. Drink 2023-2036." 05/21
