Mostly free run ‘juice’ spent nine months in old French oak puncheons and foudre prior to blending; bottled unfined and unfiltered. Vivid red cherry, strawberry, dried cranberry and creamier blueberry fruit with a lively pick of tannin, dried herbs and five spice. Tapered but lingering, fresh finish.
