90 Points, Neal Martin, Vinous: "The 2018 Aloxe-Corton Clos du Chapitre 1er Cru has a well-defined bouquet of what I discerned as slightly darker and more forthcoming fruit compared to the nascent 2019, the menthol element reduced but extant. The palate is a little chewy and more muscular by comparison, grippy, with a well-defined and black plum toward the finish. This will drink extremely well over the next decade." 10/20
