The field blend of the seven permitted grapes yields a distinctly aromatic, weightless Champagne. There is a bit of youthful austerity at present, so I would cellar the Complantée for another 6-12 months at a minimum. Dosage is 5 grams per liter. Disgorged: May, 2021." 11/21
