Welcome To Summer!
For me, Summer brings on a feeling of ease and relaxation. That’s not to say myself or the team at Zachys is not running 100mph as usual. But it is a time of year that people seem to smile more, relax a bit, spend time with family & friends and create more time for overall leisure.
We have a Love/Hate relationship with the heat of the Summer.
On one hand, warm weather brings out the pure essence of crisp Summer Whites, Dry Rosés, German Rieslings, Champagne & Sparkling Wines and the quintessential Juicy Red Wines that are perfect for the warm weather BBQ.
On the other hand, warm weather gets people nervous about the transportation and delivery of wine. There is one thing that good wine truly hates, and that is the exposure to extreme high temperatures. Zachys never wants you to miss out on a good opportunity, and it is for this reason that we offer COMPLIMENTARY wine storage of your purchases over the Summer in our temperature controlled warehouse (turn to page 43 for more information about our facility). We go to great lengths to insure the movement and storage of all our wines happen in a temperature controlled setting... it would be a shame to have something go wrong on the last leg of the journey!
