The former owner of the prestigious Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande purchased Glenelly in 2003, and began producing wine from the Stellenbosch estate in 2009. They burst onto the scene with their inaugural release of the "Lady May" proprietary red blend, and they've been on a winning streak ever since.
