Incredible Press for Domaine Abbatucci, The Unrivaled Master of Corsican Wine

Zachys staff and wine geeks the world over have spoken of this winery with almost mythical regard. This organic & biodynamic Corsican winery has achieved almost legendary status for its blends of rare varietals and highly unique vinification techniques (suffice to say, you have probably never seen a winery that broadcasts music to its vines and its wines in barrel!). One would be quick to say that this all counts for naught if the wines are not up to par. Happily, this is absolutely not the case.
David Schildknecht (of Robert Parker's Wine Advocate)'s recent report on Corsica included an extensive report on the wines of Jean-Charles Abbatucci. From his value wines to his "Grand Cru" selections, there is only massive praise and virtual novels written about every individual wine. These truly are wines that leave their mark on everyone that tastes them.
