1 oz Double Cross Vodka
Truffle Olive Brine (to taste)
Bleu Cheese and French Black Truffle Stuffed Olive garnish.
-Shake and strain into chilled glass.

PEARTINI
1 oz Double Cross Vodka
1/2 oz Pear Puree
-Shake and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with Chilean Baby Pear
