James Suckling's Top 10 Wines of 2012
Famed wine reviewer James Suckling has been very busy this year! From Italy to Bordeaux to Australia to California, he has reviewed thousands of wines this year alone. Now, just a week after Suckling released his 100 Top Scoring Italian wines of 2012 (many of which can still be purchased here), he has released a small but noteworthy list: his Top 10 Wines of the Year. Needless to say, this caught our eye. And for good reason:
Of the Top 10, we have numbers 1 through 8 available for sale.
From top to bottom, the wines in this list are approachable now and showing beautifully, but will evolve considerably with time in the cellar, and will keep for decades. For anyone looking to supplement their cellar or get that extra special gift for the wine drinker in the family, look no further.
