Santa Barbara’s new winery Sandhi which we have already been touting has once again garnered massive press! The trio of former Screaming Eagle owner Charles Banks, former Chef Sashi Moorman and Sommelier Rajat Parr—a Burgundy specialist, has developed this amazing winery that is taking the expectations of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in California and flipping them.
