Jadot Rare Wine Dinner with a Farewell Toast to Jacques Lardiere
Tuesday, June 12th | 7:00pm | David Bouley’s Test Kitchen
On June 12th we are back at David Bouley’s Test Kitchen for what is sure to be our greatest Burgundy Dinner of the Year.
The dinner will be a Maison Jadot Rare Wine Dinner hosted by both Jacques Lardiere and Pierre Henry Gagey, Managing Director, of Louis Jadot.
It is very rare for us to be graced by not only the legendary winemaker Jacques Lardiere but also the owner/director of Louis Jadot, Pierre Henry Gagey.
This dinner will be focusing on wines from the upcoming releases of 2010 as well as showcases some beauties as far back as 1978!
For this extremely unique occasion David Bouley will be in the kitchen personally orchestrating what is sure to be a wonderful meal.
In addition to this being a vintage rare wine dinner, this will also be our last chance hosting a Jadot Dinner with Jacques Lardiere as winemaker. As many of you have heard by now, Jacques is retiring at the end of this year and this will be his last official Jadot Dinner with us.
So needless to say, we are pulling out all the stops and have invited renowned critic and taster Antonio Galloni of the Wine Advocate to also join us for this unique evening. Antonio will be sure to share his thoughts with us on the wines of Jadot and the vintages that we will be enjoying.
Featured line-up of wines to include:
• Taittinger Comtes de Champagne 2002 from Magnum for reception
