By placing your order you have represented to Zachys that you are at least 21. All alcoholic beverages that we ship on your behalf must be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age; this also includes items shipped out of the United States.

Please Note - The time it takes to pull, assemble and process a typical order is approximately 3-5 business days prior to shipping. If your order is "Time Sensitive", please enter a note in "Special Instructions" upon submission of your order or contact us 1-800-723-0241.
Older vintages, fine and rare wine availability in many cases is extremely limited. We will do our best to fill your order but can not be held responsible if an item is unobtainable at that time.
To maintain a high level of customer service, Zachys requires a minimum order of $100.00 to be shipped to a single location. All orders will be acknowledged via email once they have been submitted. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for your order to be pulled, processed and assembled for shipping. In some cases, when the inventory of an item is listed as "Limited Quantity Available" (click here to see what we're talking about), there may be a delay while we will double check our stock and check with the distributor in order to locate additional inventory. If an item has sold out, it will be omitted from your final invoice. You may place an order via one of the following options:

Maximum Credit Card Purchase - Credit Card purchases may not exceed $10,000. Maximum credit card charge for Bordeaux Futures is $10,000. Remaining balance can be paid by check or wire transfer. Please contact us regarding purchases that exceed this amount.
Order Cancellation/Return Procedures and Policies*
Cancellation Policy: Cancelled orders are orders that have been placed by the Buyer that have not yet been delivered. A restocking fee of 10% will be assessed at the time of the issuance of a credit.
Return Policy: Returned orders are any order that has been delivered and then returned or declined by the Buyer. The restocking fee is 10% of the sales amount. Returned purchases are only accepted within two (2) months of the purchase date and if the wine is a current vintage still stocked by Zachys. If wine is returned without a receipt, we will only honor the lowest price the item has sold for in the last 6 months and will only issue an in-house credit on the Buyer’s Account valid for one (1) year.
Unfortunately, sometimes wine bottles may not get to you in perfect condition. Corked or otherwise flawed, Zachys is more than happy to replace or refund you within 90 days of the original purchase date for items that arrive to you damaged. Once the damaged bottles have been returned to us, we will send you a refund, house credit or a replacement.
Special Orders: Zachys reserves the right not to accept any special orders for credit, including special size requests for pre-arrivals or futures.
Credit Card Limits: Purchases by Credit Cards may not exceed $10,000 for wines and in the event of purchases for Bordeaux Futures, the limit is $10,000. Remaining balances can be paid by check or wire transfer. Contact our Wine Consultants for Bank wire instructions.
*Zachys, in its own discretion, reserves the right, for whatever reason, to refuse to cancel an order or to accept a return.
Privacy and Security
Zachys holds the highest respect for its customers and guarantees our firm commitment to your privacy. We do not sell any of the information provided by you to any other institutions. By registering with us you will automatically be added to our mailing list, but you do have the option to "opt-out". If at any time you would like to be removed from our list, simply contact us and you will be removed immediately.
As a customer you reserve the right to be concerned about the security of your credit card information. Please be assured that your financial information is sent to us via encrypted data and can therefore not be received or deciphered by other merchants.
